Idaho, you were full of hills, long hikes, & cold plunges. We started out with a 6-mile hike in @idahotrailsassociation with some amazing humans. Captain almost tapped out mid-hike, but he powered through it and made it 💪🏼
Then, we went to see @itsdoctorjohn and the @coldcowboyclub for cold plunges, chiropractor adjustments & finally getting the crew back together with new brakes & rotators on the RV.
Body is feeling pretty good, 🙌🏽
