There’s something about heavy back squats, a grinder of a workout & a badass gym that will never get old.
That was today.
The running venue we had planned fell through last minute, so I quickly looked up CrossFit gyms in the area.
Thankfully I landed on this CrossFit Box, shot them a message on IG, and in less than 24 hours was standing in their gym.
We hit 5 sets x 2 reps heavy back squats, followed by 5 rounds of 200m sprint, 20 KB swings, 10 box jumps – quick, but GOOD one.
The people that we meet on this journey are my favorite. I got to meet (in person) the woman that helped me create this entire Mission48 from the start, the amazing gym owner, and people of Little Rock.
You all rejuvenated me today whether you realized it or not… thank you 🤍
