M48 DAY 39 Recap: Providence, RHODE ISLAND – Push-Pull

This is what I’ll remember most about Mission48 (& today)

-It’s the girl from Rhode Island that never thought she could lift 100lbs and did it.

-It’s the guys that lifted 600lbs+ competing in the same event as a girl who’s lifted the bar for the first time… and cheering for her like she just won the Super Bowl.

-It’s the girls that got so excited to sign the RV after the event that they wanted to write all their family members names too.

The small moments that might not look like the biggest crowd or all the media/press waiting to get an interview, but the moments that could change someone’s trajectory.

Today was an amazing day. We lifted heavy, had women of all ages, and brought the ENERGY! Before the event I shot some promo for Texas Powerbars for their new bar dropping next month. After the event we raced to Boston to try to make it to the bike shop on time to pick bikes up.

I was exhausted this morning, but overall morale is high. HUGE thank you to Ocean State Crossfit for showing UP today!

We are officially at 119 girls funded for Ruling Our eXperiences that has 20-week programs in schools for young girls to build their confidence, teach them self defense, and learn how to be a true leader in today’s world. They change the trajectory of their entire lives when they build strong, confident young girls. I’m pushing my body and mind to the limit because I believe in it so strongly. Please continue to share this with family and friends so we can build up the next generation of strong women!
