I walked in and saw 20 REP MAX BACK SQUAT written on the board. Immediately, I thought.. OH NO. My legs and body are feeling it from the past 40 days. Nothing is painful, but everything hurts (if that makes sense).
Luckily, I had a little boost when I saw my friend and team member show up in Albany, New York to hit the event with me.
The 20-rep max felt okay. Then, I was struggling hard during the actual high intensity workout. I repeated to myself, “Just go one more.”

We are officially at 119 girls funded for Ruling Our eXperiences that has 20-week programs in schools for young girls to build their confidence, teach them self defense, and learn how to be a true leader in today’s world. They change the trajectory of their entire lives when they build strong, confident young girls. I’m pushing my body and mind to the limit because I believe in it so strongly. Please continue to share this with family and friends so we can build up the next generation of strong women!
