M48 DAY 9 Recap: Fargo, NORTH DAKOTA – Pure Barre Workout


Today was completely unexpected and AMAZING. We were supposed to go to Bismarck, ND, but with weather and route changes we re-routed to Fargo, ND.

It was the cutest little town and we did something WAY out of my comfort zone (the theme of this trip)… PureBarre.

I’m used to gyms with heavy weights and barbells – this was in a studio with lighter weights & a whole lot of reps. The women there were AMAZING and one woman came up to me after and said…

Confidence is always something I’ve struggled with. Ever since I was 8 I had a boy make a comment and will never forget it… I’m 58 now.

I told her she is stronger than she can even imagine and should be so proud of herself.

She left with a smile on her face and hopefully a renewed sense of her possibilities.

Fargo, ND you were one for the books – a town I’ll never forget.
